A Hands-on Training Course on Quantitative Proteomics

Proteomics approaches are multifarious. These approaches are continuously evolving - existing being optimized and validated and new being added. For quatitation using gel based approaches, imaging techniques have matured significantly. For the non-gel approaches, methods rely on the peptide chemistry and modifications, use of isotopes and mass spectrometry capability.  The basic principles and application of the available methods and their experimental handling will be the focus in the Training Program.

The Course is open to young investigators and faculty from Universities, Research Institutes and Bio Pharma companies who are initiating their Proteomics Programme, so that they can help their students and associates. Basic knowledge of Proteomics Technologies will be pre requisite.

Registration

Registration for the Training Course includes Education Day and Symposium Registration, Accommodation and Food for the entire duration.

Training Course applicants should pay their registration fee only after they receive confirmation of their admission to the course.  They may however separately register for the Education Day and the Symposia. If admitted to the Training Course this will be absorbed in their Training course Registration Fee.

Registration for Training Course is closed
