LaCONES, landscaped with beautiful clusters of
natural rocks and gardens is designed to be uniquely
unconventional, organic and eco-friendly
research facility. The laboratory is spread over 5 acres
in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. An organically designed structural glazing forms a backdrop to
the arrival space of the building. The reflections of the rocks, the sky and the landscaping in this glazing
contribute to the creation of a
non-facade and enhances the organic and non-conventional
ambiance of this beautiful Laboratory.
The internal reception area, coffee lounge, the main circulation
passage, corridors and most areas of the building beautifully relate
themselves to the rocks and the landscaping - the views dramatically changing as one swfes.
The Laboratory has won prestigious awards for its unique
