Cold Room There are multiple cold rooms or walk-in refrigerators in CCMB, with temperatures maintained at 4° C, -20 ° C and -70 ° C. These are used for storage of biological sample cultures and also for carrying out temperature sensitive experiments, as in the case of proteins and enzymes studies.
